Interval Fusion takes High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) to the max for a sustained calorie burn. This total body workout is a circuit-based HiiT class that fuses high-octane dance moves with muscle work to rev up your results. Hand weights and mats are required and are used during every class; please bring your own with you.
