Turbo Kick & Piyo

A six-week session of Turbo and Piyo. Participants can choose one or both, and can pay for all six weeks or drop in.

There will be two 45 minute classes:  Turbo kick is a action-packed, fast-paced cardio with dance and kick boxing
inspired moves. PIYO is a flexibility and strength program based on yoga and pilates, set to music.  Piyo requires a mat

For anyone 18 or older looking to tone and have a great time. 12 and older with adult.

Turbo: 8-8:45am
The fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio workout that is sweeping the nation’s health clubs and allows you to burn up to 1,000 calories an hour! A mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves set to heart pounding dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout!
Piyo: 9-9:45am
Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

COST:

$50 for 6 classes in any combo
$100 for all 12 classes
$10 drop in per class
