This group class is designed to improve each participants’ strength, balance and stability. Every class is an engaging workout focusing on the major muscle groups with the use of bands, weights and active exercises to improve cardiovascular health. This class is appropriate for all levels.
Instructor provides: weights, bands and mats (all equipment will be sanitized before and after class).
Please note that at this time, masks are required during exercise.
