We are a group of women photographers who meet on a regular basis to discuss our work. Women photographers often have access to worlds that men do not. We are invited into homes, have greater opportunities to photograph women and children without suspicion and to tell stories with our images. We envisioned “Through Her Lens: Home and Away” as an homage to our perspectives in capturing the world around us.
