Application to Participate

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2024 Fivesparks Artisan Fair! The Fair will take place SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2024, from 10AM to 4PM. Set up will take place on the morning of the event, December 14, from 8:00-10:00am. You will be assigned a 6’ long space; a table can be provided; please let us know if you would like one or if you will bring your own table. To secure your place at the fair, submit the information requested below by November 16, and someone will be in contact regarding next steps.
