Saturdays will offer hands-on demos by various artists, where visitors can drop-in to try a wide variety of art techniques, media and projects.
Drop-in, no registration required. However, arriving at the beginning of the 2-hour block is recommended as most programs are structured.

Graphic Medicine is a subgenre of Narrative Medicine. It consists of illustrated stories of illness, health, recover and caregiving. The making AND reading of this type of artwork offers numerous cognitive benefits to both the maker and the reader.
Come meet Suzy! She will start the demo with an introduction to this unique and regenerative art form and then proceed with some prompts to help you create your own illustrated piece.
