Wanted to make everyone aware of an exciting development in our Town, and to solicit your enthusiasm and support.
Recently, in response to the growing need for a virtual and physical center to act as the hub for cultural activity in our Town, a group of residents founded the Harvard Cultural Collaborative, a 501(c)(3) approved non-profit, whose mission is to serve the Town of Harvard and neighboring communities by leading the sponsorship, coordination and promotion of arts and culture. The Harvard Cultural Collaborative seeks to transform the Hapgood Library Building into a thriving center for arts and culture.
On Tuesday, October 20th at 7:30pm, the Harvard Cultural Collaborative will outline for the Board of Selectmen the details by which they will carry forth this important mission, in keeping with the town’s historic mandate that the Town Center serve as the social, governmental, and cultural heart of the community, the central community gathering place.
