Formless Dragon Martial Arts
Fivesparks is excited to welcome back long-time Tai Chi instructor Jeff Cote to host Formless Dragon Martial Arts, a youth and young adult program geared for kids and young adults from ages 8 to 18. We will focus on a range of mixed of martial art styles primarily focused on Chinese Dragon Style Kung Fu, Aikido, Taijiquan, and Baguazhang but will also include techniques designed to improve cardiovascular conditioning, agility drills, basic tumbling and falling skills, escape and evasion from larger attackers, and practical self defense. Each class will begin with a warm-up and end with a short cool down and meditation. We will focus on training both the mind and the body to work in harmony for health, fitness, self defense, confidence, self discipline and success.
Wednesdays, 3:30-4:30pm, beginning 1/15/20. This class will run through 6/24/20.
Cost: $10/class or $40/month, paid to Jeff Cote.
