Group Personal Training for Beginners is an effective, fun, and supportive small group class with the goal of improving each participants strength, balance and core stability. This class is taught in circuit format where exercises are guided 1-on-1 by the instructor based on each individual’s ability level. Every class is a new and engaging workout focusing on the major muscle groups via the use of balls, bands and free weights as well as active exercises to improve cardiovascular health.
This program is a great workout for people of all ages and abilities, including those that are new to exercise, getting back to exercise after an injury, or those who would like to increase functional strength needed for everyday tasks.
- Tuesdays 10:45-11:45am
- $80 for 8 class series
- $40 for 4 class series or $12 drop-in subject to availability
- Or $12 drop-in subject to availability
- The first class is free for new participants!
