Calling all farmers, large and small! Join us for a lively reception with Harvard’s Agricultural Commission. Come learn what we are all about and how we might serve you, the agricultural community of the town. We want to learn more about you, whether you are a family farm or larger commercial operation. Additionally, we also think this will be a great networking opportunity, as
we’d like to encourage collaboration and supportive connections within Harvard’s agricultural community as a whole.
Agriculture plays an important role in Harvard’s rural landscape and the cultural identity of the Town. To help support these efforts, the Town of Harvard established an Agricultural Advisory Commission (the Commission) and adopted a Right-to-Farm
bylaw to encourage agricultural pursuits within the community. The Commission has recently welcomed new members, and we would like to take the time to introduce everyone, and create an opportunity to connect with others in the community engaged in agriculture.
