A 60 minute Hatha yoga class that will include postures, breath work, and meditation.
3 Wednesdays:Â March 13, 20, & 27
This class is for all levels of experience. Anyone with an interest in yoga is welcome to attend.
Class participants should bring their own yoga mat and any other equipment they may want (e.g. blocks or a strap).
