Join us on Wednesday mornings for Hatha Yoga. We are fortunate to have veteran instructor Valerie Kacian filling in for Rebecca Phillips for this 4-week series.
A 75 minute Hatha yoga class that will include postures, breath work, and meditation.
3 Wednesdays: 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12
This class is for all levels of experience. Anyone with an interest in yoga is welcome to attend.
Class participants should bring their own yoga mat and any other equipment they may want (e.g. blocks or a strap).
Cost: $10 per class
