Arm in Arm, in collaboration with Fivesparks, offers this class as part of its “World Cultures Month: Japan” programming for the month of April 2022.
Have you ever learned origami by way of storytelling? Join us for a “Story-gami” hour, presented by Origamido Studio. You will learn to fold two classic origami models, a sailboat and a chopstick wrapper, each by way of a Japan-themed story. The stories may even help you remember how to fold these charming projects again. And you will want to because they are fun and useful in many ways for playing games, storytelling, and at the table for a meal or party! All materials will be provided, including chopsticks. No previous origami experience is required.
All ages welcome 6+ (with an adult).
