Light: The Pollution You Can(’t) See (What It Is, What It Does, and What You Can Do About It) is a primer on light pollution for everyone who wants to learn about the harmful phenomenon that is worsening by the day, with alarming ecological implications and public health consequences. Drawing on decades of research from multiple disciplines across the sciences, this short lecture will illuminate many of the effects of artificial light at night on our planet and our selves.
