Pastel painting with a general focus on landscape painting. I will demo at the beginning of each class, painting local late/summer and autumn scenes. A variety of topics will be covered including different underpainting techniques and mediums, composition, layering. I will also share ideas about how to create an art practice as well as how to assess your own work.
