Public Reception: Natural Inspirations – Paintings by Barry Van Dusen

This exhibition showcases watercolor paintings of New England birds, wildflowers, insects and other animals by Barry Van Dusen.  You’ll find New England landscapes here too, and a special group of paintings from his travels around the world.  Some of these pictures were painted on location, while others were created in the studio.  Related ‘mini-exhibitions’ feature field sketches and book illustrations and a special selection of pictures by some of his European colleagues.
