Stabilization Endurance Training is designed to prepare the body for higher demands by building a stronger base of support. Its focus is on improving movement patterns used in bending, lifting, pushing and pulling activities. This program will include exercises that target core, balance and resistance training through the use of bands, balls and free weights.
This program is great for beginners that are new to exercise, someone getting back to exercise after an injury, or anyone who would like to gain greater stability to prepare themselves for higher training intensity. Class will be held in circuit format. Activities will be progressed and regressed based on each client’s ability. This class is taught by a Certified Personal Trainer.
