Stabilization Endurance Training is designed to prepare the body for higher demands by building a stronger base of support. Its focus is on improving movement patterns used in bending, lifting, pushing and pulling activities. This program will include exercises that target core, balance and resistance training through the use of bands, balls and free weights. Class will be held in circuit format and some stations may include high or low impact aerobic movement to maximize calories burned.
This program is great for beginners that are new to exercise, someone getting back to exercise after an injury, or anyone who would like to gain greater stability to prepare themselves for higher training intensity. Activities will be progressed and regressed and will become more challenging based on each client’s ability. This class is taught by a Certified Personal Trainer.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays/Thursdays:
New clients receive 1 on 1 dynamic movement assessment, scheduled by appointment prior to first session. Existing clients receive reassessment by request. 6-8 participants maximum per class, depending on skill level. If interested in joining mid-series, please contact pamela.m.hebert@gmail.com.
