This revolutionary fusion class focuses on strengthening the core muscle groups and improving balance and flexibility through barre, floor, and center work. Please wear: comfortable clothing, socks (regular or with sticky bottoms) or ballet slippers.

Gwen Leonard was a professional ballet dancer with several companies including the Stuttgart Ballet Company and North Carolina Dance Theater. She received her training at the American Ballet Theatre scholarship program which included cross training in all dance disciplines, e.g. jazz, modern, as well as yoga and Pilates.
Gwen has taught dance, conditioning, and stretching to all ages from toddlers to adults. She most recently taught figure skaters focusing on strengthening muscles groups, increasing flexibility, and improving performance beauty including balletic line, arm movement and musicality.
This class is for students 18+ yrs and will be held weekly on Tuesdays, 8:30-9:30 am, September 13-October 25. $140 for 7 sessions.
